DELIVERY
Each Caniolino item is handmade and made to order. All orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 30 working days depending on the nature of the request, subject to payment validation. The delivery times indicated are after processing the order and expressed in working days. Once the order has been sent to the carrier (La Poste), delivery times can range from 1 to 6 days depending on the destination. These deadlines can be upset by strikes, export problems, customs modifications and other external problems for which we cannot be held responsible, or by any other technical problems beyond our control. In this case, the customer will be informed by email.
All shipments are made by colissimo (the price varies according to weight and country). Caniolino is not responsible for customs taxes imposed according to the country of destination. In the event of an error in the postal delivery address on the part of the Buyer, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
RETURNS
In the context of an online purchase on the Caniolino Site, and in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you will have the right to withdraw, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) clear days by returning the products in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all their accessories as well as the original invoice/delivery note and the "Return" form.
Returned products must not have been unpacked and used in any way. Incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled goods by the customer will not be taken back. The Buyer must return the products at his own expense and risk, to the following address: Mylène KRIGER – 22 Avenue de Corinthe – 13006 MARSEILLE.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or the third party you have designated to do so, takes physical possession of the property.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us: your name, your geographical address and your e-mail address, as well as your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by post ). A withdrawal form is systematically sent by email together with the invoice and can be used to indicate the will to withdraw.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it would be sufficient for you to send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of this period. In all cases, the burden of proof of this exercise rests with the Buyer.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Caniolino undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 30 days. In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer who will include in the return package a check for the amount of these costs.
